Where can I find my access details?

When you purchase a course, you'll receive an email with your login details. Remember to check your junk mail if you didn't receive this.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, simply click “Forgot your password?” on our login page and enter your username.

I have selected “Manage the training for someone else”. How do I allocate the training to my staff?

You will receive detailed instructions that will show you how to allocate training to your team members. Once you have allocated the training to your learners and entered an email address for them, they will receive an email containing their login details and a link to our login page.
